AKP’S OPPRESSION EXTENDED TO AFRICA
After completing his university education in Erzincan, Yasin Karaman migrated to Guinea/Conakry in 2012 to practice his teaching profession. Later, the education studies he continued in Mali and Senegal ended with the AKP government bribing the country’s governments and confiscating the Hizmet Movement’s schools that were established with great effort. In addition to hindering educational activities, AKP began to unlawfully impose sanctions on teachers working in these schools. Yasin teacher and his wife found the solution to go to France with their newborn child. The difficulties experienced by Yasin teacher, who was forced to immigrate from one country to another in the difficult conditions of Africa, caused his health to deteriorate. A 27-year-old young teacher, who got cancer after a while, began to receive treatment in France, but could not recover. He died in Marseille, France, on a night of Mawlid Al-Nabi, with the prayers of his family from Turkey and his friends in France. “Do not entrust my dead body to my country that does not want my living body.” Upon his will, his funeral was interred in the Muslim section of the Cemetery in Aix En Provence.
