Umit Erdinc, a diabetic who was detained in Kahramanmaras Prison, died of a heart attack. Erdinc, who was found dead in his bed, was 37 years old. HDP Deputy and human rights defender Omer Faruk Gergerlioğlu announced the news of the death of the detained patient on his social media account.
Gergerlioglu, said: A prisoner died in Kahramanmaras Prison. The prisoner was found dead in his bed this morning. He was diabetic. The funeral was given to the family. His name is Umit Erdinc (37). They said it was a heart attack.”
