Orhan Dalgic, who was expelled from the civil service by decree after July 15 and remained unemployed, was later arrested. Dalgic was released from prison, where he had been detained for some time. In order to hold on to life, he opened a stationery store, but was arrested again, and his heart could not stand this persecution. He died on 18 November 2018 due to a heart attack in Manisa Prison.
It was learned that there was negligence of the prison management and employees at the time of the Dalgic’s death. Orhan Dalgic was not responded in a timely manner on the pretext that there was no patient transport vehicle in the prison. It has been learned that the prison officers told him, “Uncle, there is no car right now, you will hold on”. Dalgic, who was almost left for dead by not being taken to the hospital on time, died as a result of the atrocities he suffered.
