Biography

Oktay Yigit, while working as the Director of National Education of Adiyaman Tut District, was dismissed from his post during the OHAL(State of Emergency) process. Then he was detained for 1 year with a witness statement. He was released on December 2017. However, Yigit could not bear the sadness he experienced any longer and died on February 28, 2018 as a result of a heart attack.
