Biography

Ihsan Ozcan, 1.5 years old, died in the hospital due to a diabetic coma. His older sister, Betul Seda, died in an accident in 2017 in front of the prison. She went to visit her imprisoned father.

Ihsan Ozcan was the 1.5-year-old child of the Ozcan family. He fell into a diabetic coma and was taken to the hospital. However, little Ihsan died after a week of treatment. Of the three siblings, only their middle 9-year-old son in the picture remained.
