Although he had a severe problem with his spleen, the regime arrested Cakir. Cakir, whose pain increased even more in prison, was released, but there was nothing that doctors could do medically. As a result, the father of two children, Cakir, died at age 33 due to cancer. The regime, which did not abide by the laws, dragged Cakir to death along with the minister of justice, the court, the prosecutors, and the prison administration.
