Cengiz Elma was a 39-year-old teacher. He was seriously injured when he was hit by a car while trying to cross the Siirt-Kurtalan road. He died in the hospital. Although Cengiz Elma was a successful teacher, he was dismissed from his job with a Degree-Law as part of the July 15 witch hunt.
Despite the efforts of the medical staff in the hospital, he could not be saved and died. He left behind a grieving wife and a small daughter.
