Biography

Betul Seda Ozcan was too excited to visit her imprisoned father for the first time after six months. However, she lost her life in a traffic accident after being hit by a car in front of Elazig Prison. Three years after Little Betul passed away, her 1.5-year-old brother Ihsan Ozcan died in the hospital where he was treated due to a diabetic coma.
