48-year-old Deputy Chief Physician, who was arrested in Ankara, Dr. Ali Ozer died in Corum Prison, where he was detained. It was claimed that Ozer had a heart attack in the ward where he was staying.

Doctor Ali Ozer, who was alleged to have suffered a heart attack in Corum L Type Closed Prison, died on March 22, 2017. Dr. Ozer was the assistant chief physician at Ankara Nallıhan State Hospital.After July 15, he was one of the people arrested during the Tenkil process. Arrested while on duty, 48-year-old Ali Ozer was transferred from Ankara to Corum L Type Closed Prison. Ozer suffered a heart attack in prison. He was taken to Corum Training and Research Hospital by ambulance after his first intervention was made in his infirmary, but Ozer could not be saved despite all the interventions. Ozer was married and had three children.
