Unver Toktas, an electricity market specialist, was an electrical and electronics engineer.
He began to experience severe sadness and stress in the face of the lawlessness experienced after July 15. Worries about the course of the country have led to the deterioration of the health of Toktas, who has diabetes. As a result of the stress and sadness he experienced, he died on December 28, 2017 in Kayseri.
Toktas graduated from Erciyes University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department and started to climb the career ladder in his job in a short time and was appointed to the positions of chief and director. He worked as Operations and Subscriber Affairs Chief, Customer Services Manager at Kayseri and Its Surrounding Electricity Distribution Company (KCETAŞ) and Customer Services Manager at Kayseri Electricity Retail Sales Company (KEPSAŞ).
