Ulvan Cullukoglu and her husband Bilal Cullukoglu were among the first educators to voluntarily go to Kazakhstan. The vehicle under the direction of Ahmet Oz, which she got on in the wedding convoy, crashed in Manisa Koprubasi. Five people were injured in the accident in which Ulvan Cullukoglu lost her life. When Ulvan Çullukoğlu passed away, her husband Bilal Cullukoglu was arrested in a witch hunt after July 15. Mr. Bilal was in prison when his wife died in a car accident.
