Biography

Mahmut Kevci was purged from his duty in Viransehir Municipality by Decree-Law. His 17-years-old daughter Dilek Kevci fell into a psychological trauma due to the financial and psychological difficulties experienced by her family. The young girl, who could not bear what she suffered, committed suicide by jumping from the third floor.
