The regime also blocked Guven’s pension, which was against the law because it was his legal right to have his pension. The persecution of the victims he loved made him very sad. He became paralyzed because his cerebral vessels were clogged. Guven, who was in intensive care for 24 days, passed away on November 27, 2020.
